First of all I would like to welcome you to Ragepit.com as this is likely your first visit to this site. As the patron of this site I would like to take this time to explore, with you, the many features this site holds that can help you achieve your goals in fitness.
First of all this site is geared toward anyone who truly takes fitness seriously whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior. If your workout motto includes “blood”, “sweat”, or “tears”, then this is the place for you.
Ragepit.com is currently under continued construction, to improve on a dream to provide a comprehensive set of services and features that will allow you the user to progress and enjoy fitness. Everything from weekly workout challenges, articles on sport specific training, nutrition, and more will be provided free of charge. At a later date, additional services will be available for you to attain custom workouts and nutritional plans as well as a variety of other services that will not be free of charge. Be rest assured, regardless of the direction of this website your safety and happiness with this site and its content are our highest concern.
If you do not like to workout hard, or think that full contact sports are too violent, then this might not be the site for you. We welcome all athletes who train hard, and play harder. This site is for everyone from football to mma, cheerleading to triathletes. Enjoy the variety of sport there is available to you with this site.
