The tractor/cat tire flip is an effect way to build explosiveness. Try this workout to breakup your training:
- Using proper technique- flip a tire 5-10 times in a straight line
- sprint back to where you started and do one of the following (5 burpees, 20 pushups, 5 wrestling takedowns)
- sprint back to the tire and flip it back to where you started
- do situps off the tire until failure
Try doing this exercise a few times through at the end of your normal training. Work at your own pace and be sure you use proper technique when lifting tires.
